Remote Assistance

Kerr Technology Group uses a secure third party application for remote support. With the Quick Support option a user can download a small program from the Teamviewer web site.

Download and run the Quick Support application and a small window will appear with a computer ID and a password. Call Us and provide that information and we can remote into you computer to assist you.

This is NOT a permanent install. When you close the Teamviewer program all ability to remotely access you computer will end.
